Bouchées de légumes grillés au pâté forestier

Grilled vegetable and mushroom pâté bites

for 4 people

200g mushroom pâté
1 aubergine
1 courgette
2 red peppers
Fleur de sel
Freshly milled pepper

5 courgettes
10 red peppers

Prepare the grilled vegetables: clean, wipe and slice the aubergine and courgette lengthways in 1cm slices. Place them on a non-stick baking tray and grill for 5 minutes either side. Leave to cool and then season. Grill the peppers until the skin goes black. Rinse them under water, leave them to cool, remove the skin and pips and place them on kitchen paper; cut into 4cm long strips and season. Prepare the bites: spread the slices of grilled vegetables over the worktop; add a generous spoonful of mushroom pâté and roll them. Cover with film and refrigerate.
